Approach
Convert, don't demolish.
A building that has stood for a hundred years has earned its place. Our job is to give it a next use — not to replace it with something arbitrary.
Keep the substance
Vaults, beams, natural stone, old tiled floors: what is sound and beautiful stays. What we add is visibly new, rather than pretending to be old.
Light and space
Few large rooms instead of many small ones. High ceilings, deep window reveals, sightlines to the outside. A loft lives on what is not in it.
Local craft
We work with firms from the region. Lime plaster, timber, stone and ironwork come from people who have handled these materials for generations.

We publish no property lists. Details follow a personal conversation and a short check — which protects sellers, neighbours and ongoing negotiations alike.
