Substance before speed
Real assets, comprehensible business models, reliable numbers. We prefer a dull, predictable return to a story that still has to come true.

A few holdings we genuinely understand, rather than broad diversification without judgement. Owning everything means understanding nothing fully.

Residential and commercial property in south-west Germany, with a preference for existing buildings with character — lofts, conversions, substance in good locations.

Minority and majority stakes in owner-managed companies, preferably in technology and IT security.

A conservatively managed portfolio of securities and cash — held as a reserve, not as an end in itself.
